Important Updates to Onlihub’s Terms of Service 

At Onlihub, we are committed to continuously improving our platform to provide better opportunities for sellers. As part of this effort, we are updating our Terms of Service, specifically sections 14.1.2 (Product Listing, Price Discount; Merchandising; Order Processing) and 14.4 (Compensation). These changes will take effect on April 1^st, 2025 and impact the way fees and commissions are calculated.

Updated Section 14.1.2 – Product Listing, Price Discount; Merchandising; Order Processing

We have revised the required discount minimums to align with different price ranges of listed products. The new structure is as follows:

• For products priced up to $15 → 5% discount
• For products priced between $15.01 and $30 → 10% discount
• For products priced at $30.01 and above → 20% discount

This adjustment ensures a more balanced approach.

Updated Section 14.4 – Compensation

The updated compensation terms redefine key financial aspects for sellers:

• Sales Proceeds: This refers to the gross proceeds from any of your transactions.
• Referral Fee: Onlihub will charge a 10% referral fee based on Sales Proceeds.

These updates ensure transparency in fees while allowing sellers to better manage their cost structures.
