As part of this effort, we are updating our <a href=\"https:\/\/onlihub.com\/terms-of-service\">Terms of Service<\/a>, specifically sections <strong>14.1.2 (Product Listing, Price Discount; Merchandising; Order Processing)<\/strong> and <strong>14.4 (Compensation)<\/strong>. These changes will take effect on April 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2025 and impact the way fees and commissions are calculated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Updated Section 14.1.2 \u2013 Product Listing, Price Discount; Merchandising; Order Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have revised the required discount minimums to align with different price ranges of listed products. The new structure is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For products priced up to $15<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>5% discount<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For products priced between $15.01 and $30<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>10% discount<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For products priced at $30.01 and above<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>20% discount<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This adjustment ensures a more balanced approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Updated Section 14.4 \u2013 Compensation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The updated compensation terms redefine key financial aspects for sellers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales Proceeds<\/strong>: This refers to the <strong>gross proceeds<\/strong> from any of your transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Referral Fee<\/strong>: Onlihub will charge a <strong>10% referral fee<\/strong> based on Sales Proceeds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These updates ensure transparency in fees while allowing sellers to better manage their cost structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What This Means for Sellers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The new <strong>tiered discount structure<\/strong> provides sellers with competitive pricing options based on product value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>10% referral fee<\/strong> simplifies the commission structure for all transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage all sellers to review these updates.
